Dress Code

The Westmoreland Club Dress Code Policy is as follows:

  • Jackets and ties are required for all men at all times in the formal dining area on the first floor.

  • Business casual attire is permitted at all times on the second floor and also until 4:00 PM in the Main Bar. Members and guests in business casual attire are required to enter the Club through the side entrance.

  • All private rooms can be designated either jacket and tie or business casual attire at the discretion of the host.

  • For Club parties and special events, please be sure to check the invitation for the dress code associated with the event.

  • The dress code also applies to children with the exception of children age eleven and younger who are not required to wear a jacket or tie.

  • Members are responsible to inform guests of the Club?s dress code requirements.

    Traditional Business Attire Includes:
    Men: Suit or sport coat with tie.
    Women: Suit, dress or tailored slacks.

    Business Casual Attire Includes:
    Men: Tailored slacks, collared shirts or turtlenecks with sweaters, and appropriate shoes. Jackets are not required but are always appropriate.
    Women: Tailored slacks, skirts, blouses, or comparable attire.

    Non Permissible Attire Includes:
    Jeans and other denim wear, shorts, t-shirts, any collarless shirts, sandals (women may wear dress sandals in summer), flip flops, crocs, athletic footwear, or caps. In addition, for women non permissible attire also includes: halter tops, leggings, and clothing that reveals bare midriffs.
